Q: Do you take insurance?

I do not accept insurance. I am an out of network provider for insurance plans that extend out of network benefits to their members. I provide invoices that allow you to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance carrier. It is your responsibility to understand your insurance plan and benefits. Therapy sessions are also reimbursable through your Flexible Health Savings Plans. See your plan for details.

Q: Do I need any special preparation for my sessions?

I encourage you to make space and time for your therapy session. Pick a location that is comfortable and private enough for you. It also helps to think of your other comfort needs ahead time such as room temperature, lighting for video session, water, and tissues.
